Please note that routine wellness visits are booking several weeks in advance. However, if any earlier appointments become available, completing the New Client form (below) and providing your pet’s complete medical records will help us to get your pet in sooner.

New Client Requirements

Before your pet’s first visit with us, we kindly request that you provide us with their complete medical records. You can easily upload them on the New Client Registration Form or send them via email to info@bedfordvetcenter.com.

To ensure we have all the necessary information to provide the best care for your pet, please include medical exams, lab work, vaccination history, and any other relevant medical records. If you do not have these, we recommend contacting your previous veterinarian and having them send the records directly to us.

In case your pet does not have any previous medical history, please upload any important information we need to know, such as vaccination status, on the new client form.
