This place is absolutely amazing!! They took in my newly rescued pup during the covid19 pandemic, when not many veterinary places where taking new clients.

They opened her and I with open arms and were a wealth of knowledge. The staff were super friendly and I could tell that they enjoyed their profession and working with the animals.

Victoria (PT) has been amazing with my big boy!

I have been going to this practice for 20 years, never once have the disappointed, they’ve always been there financially, emotionally, and every way they are capable.

I highly recommend them to take care of everyone’s fur babies! I have a four year old German shepherd. When she was a puppy, we almost lost her due to many infections and sicknesses. They helped me get through it all and most importantly they saved my babies life.

I would never think of going anywhere else. If you love your pet like a child, this is no doubt an amazing place for you.

Dr. Borek and the rest of the staff are excellent and compassionate providers. Even though our rabbit only saw her for one appointment a few months ago, she was always available since by email or phone for follow up advice.

Sadly, he recently passed away. When I contacted the office to let them know, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful and Dr. Borek personally called as well. I am really impressed with their level of personal care, especially considering we were not long term patients.

We will absolutely return in the future whenever we have another pet.

I took 2 of my dogs the Bedford Veterinary Medical Center after fighting a porcupine, covering one's mouth, nose, tongue and nose and face with over 300 quills.

He was seen and treated quickly but very nice staff. Very satisfied with the care and treatment.

Could NOT be more caring and professional! Just adopted two kittens Friday first for me my wife had them years ago, of course we wanted them checked as soon as able and BVMC took them in the next day!

The first tech I spoke with had tons of information for me on kittens great suggestions and simply could NOT have been nicer, the day of their appointment every single person we spoke to, met, was just as nice.

They BOTH had their first checkups and price was OMG reasonable! I wanted the best for our new babies and we found here!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. After hours of trying to find another vet to see our dog who sustained face/head trauma from and unfortunate zoomie accident…in both NH and MA and a sleepless night trying to keep her comfortable.

They went above and beyond for us. Squeezing us in even thought they were at max capacity and never once making us feel like we were putting them out even though we added more work for them and have never been there before.

The care and compassion from everyone on staff, Nicole who make the appointment possible and Dr. Thibodeau was so appreciated this morning. These guys are just simply amazing and our baby girl is home and resting comfortably now.

Huge shout out to this clinic! I couldn’t be happier! Unfortunately I woke up certain my dog had a UTI and had called a few places (as it’s Saturday and my vet wasn’t open). Everywhere I called I would have to go and possibly wait anywhere from 1-4 hours (as they would take emergency visits quicker than mine) understandably so.

Bedford was able to squeeze us in and took very good care of my baby (she’s not really a baby, she’s 12 but she’s my baby 😉) anyway staff was kind, professional and very accommodating!
